YOUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION START TIMES. You’ll also need the full names and addresses of both sites, including city and state, even if your entire guest list is local or the sites are well known.
HOW YOUR (AND HIS) PARENTS’ NAMES SHOULD APPEAR ON THE INVITATION, if you’ll be listing them. Whether or not they’re paying for the wedding parents can still be the hosts.
THE TOTAL NUMBER OF INVITATIONS YOU WANT TO ORDER. You won’t need one per guest: Couples and families with kids under 18 should receive just one invite if they live at the same address.
YOUR BUDGET. Be honest about your finances with the stationer so that she can show you invitations in your price range. Most carry a wide variety of products – you’ll have plenty to choose from.
