Privacy Your personal information is never shared with or sold to anyone. We value your trust and respect your privacy. Payment We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Invitation orders require a 50% deposit to begin the production process with remaining balance due in full before shipping the final order. All other orders require 100% payment at time of order. This includes birthday invitations, birth announcements and note cards. Due to the customized nature of our invitations, we do not refund orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Samples cannot be returned. Rush Service Rush service is an order that we must ship in less than 4 weeks from time of order. Orders generally take 4-8 weeks on average, depending on the size of the order. Rush Service is available on your order for a 20% fee. ($25.00 minimum). Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order, including rush fee. Refunds Once we receive your signature approval and your order enters production, we can not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. Return Policy Because of the personalized nature of wedding invitations, once a proof has been approved, a refund cannot be given. Please give careful consideration before placing any order. Samples are not returnable. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention. If the error is our mistake, reprint and shipping costs will not be charged to the customer. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer’s satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.
